Potato Latke Patties Recipe
This gluten-free baked Potato Latke Patties recipe shows you how to create a healthier version of a cherished Hanukkah favorite treat.

Potato Latke Patties
Follow this easy Potato Latke Patties Recipe to create wholesome gluten-free potato patties. Combine grated potatoes, sautéed onions, almond flour and olive oil. Form patties and bake. Your patties will be ready in a jiffy. A tasty and appetizing delight. Loved by children and adults alike!
Equipment
- Food Processor (or grater)
- 2 Baking Trays
- 2 Baking sheets
Ingredients
- 5 cups Potatoes (grated)
- 2 cups Onions (diced)
- 1/2 cup Blanched Almond Flour
- 2 Eggs (whisked)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt (adjust to taste or health requiremwnts)
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 Celsius).
- Sauté the onions in olive oil until golden brown. (Cover the pot in the beginning. This brings out the natural juices with less use of oil.) Set aside to cool.
- Coarsely grate the potatoes.
- Place the potatoes in a sieve until the liquid drains out.
- Add the other ingredients and mix well.
- Using a tablespoon, spoon the mixture onto a baking tray lined with a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden.
