Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups Potatoes (grated)
  • 2 cups Onions (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Blanched Almond Flour
  • 2 Eggs (whisked)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (adjust to taste or health requiremwnts)
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 Celsius).

  • Sauté the onions in olive oil until golden brown. (Cover the pot in the beginning. This brings out the natural juices with less use of oil.) Set aside to cool.

  • Add the other ingredients and mix well.
