Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 3 cups Oats
  • 4 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts (broken into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup Raisins (organic without preservatives and no added sugar)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

  • Blend the almonds in a food processor until they start to moisten & turn into a paste.
  • Add ¼ cup maple syrup and blend well.

  • In an electric mixer on a low speed, whisk the rest of the maple syrup and maple almond mixture until blended well.
  • Gradually add the oats and cinnamon and whisk until well blended.
  • On a low speed, blend in the walnuts.
  • Place in a large baking pan lined with a baking sheet.

  • Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
  • Add the raisins to the mixture.
