Equipment
- Food Processor
- Electric Mixer
- Large Baking Pan
- Large Baking Sheet
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 3 cups Oats
- 4 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Walnuts (broken into small pieces)
- 1/2 cup Raisins (organic without preservatives and no added sugar)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- Blend the almonds in a food processor until they start to moisten & turn into a paste.
- Add ¼ cup maple syrup and blend well.
- In an electric mixer on a low speed, whisk the rest of the maple syrup and maple almond mixture until blended well.
- Gradually add the oats and cinnamon and whisk until well blended.
- On a low speed, blend in the walnuts.
- Place in a large baking pan lined with a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
- Add the raisins to the mixture.
Notes
Store in an airtight jar.
