Follow this gluten-free & dairy-free Tahini Cocoa Glaze Recipe for a rich-flavored glaze that combines cocoa powder and tahini paste for a unique treat. Great as a topping or filling for baked goods.

- 1 Small Pot
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Raw Tahini
- 4 tbsp Water
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Instructions
Gather The Ingredients
- Gather the ingredients for the glaze.
Prepare Glaze
- In a small pot, heat the raw tahini with the water.
- Mix until well blended.
- Add the honey and cocoa power. Continue stirring until the mixture boils.
- Lower the flame and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Let cool.
Notes
Heat the glaze again if it solidifies too much and you’re unable to spread it. It can be spread when hot.
For a large cake, use a recipe and a half.
