Prepare Glaze

  • In a small pot, heat the raw tahini with the water.
  • Mix until well blended.
  • Add the honey and cocoa power. Continue stirring until the mixture boils.
  • Lower the flame and simmer for 5 minutes.

Notes

Heat the glaze again if it solidifies too much and you're unable to spread it. It can be spread when hot.
For a large cake, use a recipe and a half.
