Gather The Ingredients
Gather the ingredients for the glaze.
Prepare Glaze
In a small pot, heat the raw tahini with the water.
Mix until well blended.
Add the honey and cocoa power. Continue stirring until the mixture boils.
Lower the flame and simmer for 5 minutes.
Let cool.
Notes
Heat the glaze again if it solidifies too much and you're unable to spread it. It can be spread when hot.
For a large cake, use a recipe and a half.
