Follow this gluten-free & dairy-free Tahini Cocoa Glaze Recipe for a rich-flavored glaze that combines cocoa powder and tahini paste for a unique treat. Great as a topping or filling for baked goods.
In a small pot, heat the raw tahini with the water.
Mix until well blended.
Add the honey and cocoa power. Continue stirring until the mixture boils.
Lower the flame and simmer for 5 minutes.
Let cool.
