Strawberry Peanut Butter Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries (cut into cubes)
- 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter (natural 100% peanuts, without preservatives or added sugar)
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Honey (optional – adjust to taste or health requirements, the amount will depend upon the sweetness of the strawberries)
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients.

- Remove the leaves of the strawberries.
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly and cut them into cubes. Measure 1 cup.
- Place the cubed strawberries, peanut butter, yogurt and honey in a blender.
- Blend on a high speed until the mixture is frothy.
- It's best to serve cold and immediately.
