Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Pomegranate Seeds
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tsp Honey (adjust to taste or health requirements)
Instructions
- Measure 1 cup of pomegranate seeds.
- Place the pomegranate seeds and water into a small pot.
- Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Pour the brew through a strainer.
- With a tablespoon, press the seeds in the strainer to extract extra liquid.
- Add the honey and stir well.
- Serve hot or chilled.
