Instructions
Measure 1 cup of pomegranate seeds.
Place the pomegranate seeds and water into a small pot.
Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour the brew through a strainer.
With a tablespoon, press the seeds in the strainer to extract extra liquid.
Add the honey and stir well.
Serve hot or chilled.
