  • 1 Food Processor
  • 1 Electric Mixer
  • 1 Round Nonstick Baking Pan – Or Bunt Form (10 inches – 26 centimeters)

Ingredients
  

  • 14 ounces Broad Noodles – Wholegrain (400 grams)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (for cooking the noodles)
  • 4 Large Apples (peeled, cored & sliced)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Rind
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Raisins (seedless, organic, no added sugar or preservatives)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

  • Cook the noodles according to the package instructions in boiling water and salt. Drain well and set aside.

  • Slice the apples into small thin slices. This can be done in a food processor.

  • Whisk the eggs with the almond butter.
  • Blend in the cinnamon and lemon rind.

  • Pour the batter into a round baking pan or a bunt cake form.
