Equipment
- 1 Baking Pan (large)
- 1 Baking Sheet (large)
- 1 Food Processor
Ingredients
- 3 cups almonds (raw-natural)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius).
- Bake the almonds for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Place the almonds in a food processor and pulse several times.
- Blend on a high-speed taking breaks every few minutes. Scrape the sides of the food processor during the breaks.
- Continue to blend until you’ve created a creamy consistency.
- Be patient. It may take several rounds of blending, but the taste is well worth the wait.
