Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius).
Bake the almonds for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Place the almonds in a food processor and pulse several times.
Blend on a high-speed taking breaks every few minutes. Scrape the sides of the food processor during the breaks.
Continue to blend until you’ve created a creamy consistency.
Be patient. It may take several rounds of blending, but the taste is well worth the wait.
