Dairy-Free Maple Cocoa Glaze
This Dairy-Free Maple Cocoa glaze is rich, chocolatey and oozing with goodness! Made with cocoa powder and pure maple syrup, it's a great topping or filling for baked goods! Vegan and delicious!
Equipment
- Small Pot
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 3 tablespoons Water
- ½ teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 4 tablespoons Blanched Almond Butter
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients.

- In a small pot heat the maple syrup and water, while constantly stirring, until the syrup is completely blended.
- Add the vanilla and cocoa and stir until the cocoa dissolves completely.
- Add the almond butter and vanilla. Continue stirring until blended.
- Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 4 minutes stirring from time to time.

- Spread or pour over baked goods.

Notes
You can use cocoa glaze as a filling for baked goods as well.
