  • 1 cup  Fresh Strawberries  (cut into cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter  (natural 100% peanuts, without preservatives or added sugar)
  • 1 cup Yogurt 
  • 1 tsp Honey (optional – adjust to taste or health requirements, the amount will depend upon the sweetness of the strawberries)

Instructions
 

  • Gather the ingredients.
