Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup Honey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa
  • 4 tbsp Hot Boiled Water
  • 4 1/2 cups Oat Flour
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  • Gather the ingredients.

  • Blend the almonds in a food processor until the almonds begin to turn pasty. This will take several minutes.
  • Add the vanilla and 4 tbsp of the honey and continue to blend.

  • In an electric mixer, whisk the eggs and the almond mixture.
  • Add the rest of the honey and continue to whisk until well blended.
  • Mix the cocoa with 4 tablespoons of hot boiled water until well blended.
  • On the lowest speed add the cocoa mixture and whisk until well blended.
  • Add the oat flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well.

  • Wet your hands and form small balls from the dough, approximately 1 ½ inches – 4 centimeters in diameter.
  • Place each ball on the baking sheet in a baking pan and gently press it down.
