Tahini Spread
This Tahini Spread Recipe is easy and quick. Place the ingredients in a food processor or blend manually and it's ready in minutes. Use it as vegan & gluten-free spread, dip or dressing. The sesame earthy flavor will compliment many dishes. Enjoy!
Equipment
- 1 Food Processor (optional)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Tahini Paste (made of hulled sesame seeds)
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 3/4 tsp Salt (adjust to taste or health requirements)
- 2 cloves Fresh Garlic
- 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
- Blend the tahini paste, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add crushed garlic cloves.
- Gradually add the water while mixing until you get a creamy consistency.
Notes
Tahini pastes vary so you might have to gradually add more water to create the desired creamy consistency.
