  • 1 cup Tahini Paste (made of hulled sesame seeds)
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3/4 tsp Salt (adjust to taste or health requirements)
  • 2 cloves Fresh Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Blend the tahini paste, lemon juice, and salt.

  • Gradually add the water while mixing until you get a creamy consistency.

Notes

Tahini pastes vary so you might have to gradually add more water to create the desired creamy consistency.
