  • 1 Nonstick frying pan with cover

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Onions (diced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 6 Carrots (cut into thin rounds)
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Paprika
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (adjust to taste or health requirements)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • In a nonstick frying pan, sauté the onions, partially covered, in olive oil until golden brown. Stir from time to time.

  • Add the carrots and continue sautéing, stirring from time to time till they begin to soften.
  • Add the spices and water and continue stirring from time to time until tender. You may have to add a little more water if the liquid evaporates.
