Sautéed Carrots

Follow this vegan & gluten-free Sautéed Carrots Recipe to blend carrots and onion. Add choice spices and you’ll create a dish that is both piquant and sweet. It’s nutritious and scrumptious!

- 2 Onions (diced)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 Carrots (cut into thin rounds)
- 1 tbsp Sweet Paprika
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Salt (adjust to taste or health requirements)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Water
In a nonstick frying pan, sauté the onions, partially covered, in olive oil until golden brown. Stir from time to time.
Add the carrots and continue sautéing, stirring from time to time till they begin to soften.
Add the spices and water and continue stirring from time to time until tender. You may have to add a little more water if the liquid evaporates.
