For this Date Walnut Spread Charoset Recipe, you'll need dates, walnuts, orange and cinnamon. The nutritious combination yields a delicious gluten-free vegan spread. Use it for Passover or all year round. Yummy!

- Food Processor
Ingredients
- 10 Dates – Preferably Medjool (organic without added sugar or preservatives)
- 3/4 cup Walnuts
- 1 tsp Orange Rind
- 2 tbsp Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients.
- Place the pitted dates into a food processor and blend.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until a smooth paste is formed.
Notes
Yields 1 cup of spread – charoset.
