  • 14 ounces Wholegrain Broad Noodles (400 grams)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (for cooking the noodles)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2/3 cup Yogurt
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tsp Lemon Rind (grated)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (spice)
  • 3 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Raisins (seedless, organic, no added sugar or preservatives)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
