Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Carrots (approximately 8 carrots, peeled & grated)
  • 1 cup Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp Orange Rind
  • 1/2 cup Raisins (organic, unsweetened, seedless)

Gather The Ingredients

  • Wash the oranges well. Gently grate the rind (the orange outer peel, without the white).
  • Squeeze the orange juice.
  • Wash and peel the carrots. Grate the carrots by hand or in a food processor.
