  • 1 Baking Dish (9 1/2-inch square dish or a dish approximately that size)

Ingredients
  

  • 7 Small Sweet Potatoes (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill (chopped)
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic (cut into circles)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (adjust to taste or health requirements)
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Nigella Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 Celsius).

  • Peel the sweet potatoes and place them in a large bowl.
  • Add the other ingredients and mix well. Place into a baking pan.
