  • 1/2 cup Wholegrain Spelt Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic (spice)
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

Preheat The Oven & Gather The Ingredients

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  • Trim the fat from the thinly sliced chicken breasts. Whisk the eggs. And gather the rest of the ingredients.
