OUR INGREDIENTS
All our recipes were tried-and-tested with selected 100% natural ingredients. We use an abundance of vegetables & fruit; incorporate a variety of legumes; embrace nutritious nuts & seeds; include healthy fats and lean protein; and lovingly sprinkle spices and herbs. We emphasize wholegrains in dishes and baked goods and introduce only grains and grain flours that are 100% whole. Each recipe comes complete with its own ingredient list and specified measurements. OUR COOKING TECHNIQUES
Balancing health and taste, we choose the cooking method that cater to both. Depending on the recipe – we cook, bake, roast and sauté (in olive oil). Some recipes call for more than one method; others use fresh ingredients only. You can find all the details in each recipe. Cooking time and oven settings are included, as well as indicators for knowing when your creation is done.

OUR APPROACH
We strive to make our website and recipes as user-friendly as possible. Every recipe was tried-and-tested and we happily share our helpful tips and insights with you. To guide you along the way, we offer clear step-by-step instructions and vivid imagery. Whether you’re trying the recipe for the first time or are a novice in the kitchen, know that we always keep you in mind. Cooking from scratch is a rewarding adventure and we’re honored to be a part of this experience.

At Kosher Create we believe that food should be a feast for the eyes. We are continuously inspired by the richness of food. The shapes, the textures, the vibrant colors – all are an integral part of our creations.

OUR DIETERY CONSIDERATIONS
We encourage you to Take Care and seek professional guidance for dietary considerations. Though we do not endorse a particular diet, we offer options for various dietary plans: vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free. Many of our recipes are inspired by the Mediterranean and our go-to oil is olive oil.

OUR KOSHER CONSIDERATIONS
All Kosher Create’s recipes are kosher and include only kosher ingredients (See: What Is Kosher.) Kosher meals present a unique challenge: a complete separation of dairy and meat within the same dish and within the same meal. We tailor our recipe collection to meet this challenge and offer many dairy-free (parve) dishes and dairy-free (parve) desserts that can be easily incorporate into any meal. OUR JEWISH COLLECTIONS
We include unique sections dedicated to Shabbat, Jewish Holidays, and The Seven Species. We introduce cherished traditions and offer healthy recipes for each occasion. An entire section is devoted to Shabbat, where you can find healthy wholegrain challah recipes. In our holiday collections, you can browse through healthy holiday menus or recipe suggestions.
