Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Parsley Leaves (removed from stalks)
- 1 cup Raw Tahini
- 4 tbsp Water
- 1/2 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Zest
- 2 Garlic Cloves (peeled & washed)
- 3/4 tsp Salt (adjust to taste or health requirements)
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients.
- Thoroughly wash the fresh parsley leaves and measure 2 cups.
- Blend the tahini, water, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic and salt in a food processor until well blended.
- Add the pre-prepared parsley leaves and continue to blend until well blended.
