Instructions
Gather the ingredients.
Thoroughly wash the fresh parsley leaves and measure 2 cups.
Blend the tahini, water, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic and salt in a food processor until well blended.
Add the pre-prepared parsley leaves and continue to blend until well blended.
