  • 1 cup Raw Tahini
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Zest                                      
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (peeled & washed)
  • 3/4 tsp Salt (adjust to taste or health requirements)

  • Gather the ingredients.

  • Thoroughly wash the fresh parsley leaves and measure 2 cups.
  • Blend the tahini, water, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic and salt in a food processor until well blended.
