Ingredients
  

  • 1 Fresh Lime (fillet and separate into small pieces without leaving skin)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves (remove the leaves from the stalk)
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tsp Honey (adjust to taste or health requirements)
  • Fresh Mint Leaves (used for garnish)
  • Slices Of Lime (the lime is cut into circles – use for garnish)

  • Gather the ingredients

  • Remove the outer peel of the lime. Remove the pulp from the segments of the lime without leaving the peel or seeds.
  • Remove the mint leaves from their stalk.
  • In a small pot, place the: lime pulp pieces, mint leaves, water and honey.
  • Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the brew through a strainer.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and slices of lime before serving.
  • Serve hot or chilled.
