Instructions
Gather the ingredients
Remove the outer peel of the lime. Remove the pulp from the segments of the lime without leaving the peel or seeds.
Remove the mint leaves from their stalk.
In a small pot, place the: lime pulp pieces, mint leaves, water and honey.
Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the brew through a strainer.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and slices of lime before serving.
Serve hot or chilled.
