Ingredients
Brownie Batter
- 1/2 cup Smooth Peanut Butter (natural 100% peanuts, without preservatives or added sugar)
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 4 tbsp Cocoa
- 1/2 cup Wholegrain Spelt Flour (sifted)
- 1/2 cup Oat Flour
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Peanut Butter Swirl
- 3/4 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter (natural 100% peanuts, without preservatives or added sugar)
- 2 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- In a small bowl, mix the crunchy peanut butter with 2 tbsp of honey. Set aside.
- Whisk the smooth peanut butter and eggs on a high speed until fluffy.
- Add ½ cup of honey and the vanilla. Whisk another minute.
- On a low speed gradually add the cocoa and whisk until well blended.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix on a low speed until well blended.
- Pour into a nonstick baking pan (9 by 10 inches – 23 by 25 centimeters).
- Swirl in the pre-prepared crunchy peanut butter-honey mixture
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Remove from the oven and cut lines lengthwise and widthwise to create small cubes.
- Let cool and remove the cubes.
