- Nonstick Baking Pan (9 by 10 inches – 23 by 25 centimeters)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Blanched Almond Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 4 tbsp Cocoa
- 1/2 cup Wholegrain Spelt Flour (sifted)
- 1/2 cup Oat Flour
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 3/4 cup Walnuts (broken into small pieces)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- Whisk the blanched almond butter and eggs on a high speed until fluffy.
- Add the maple syrup and whisk another minute.
- On a low speed gradually add the cocoa and whisk until well blended.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix on low speed until well blended.
- Add the walnuts pieces and blend.
- Pour into a nonstick baking pan (9 by 10 inches – 23 by 25 centimeters).
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cut lines length wise and width wise to create small cubes.
- Let cool and remove the cubes.
