Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Blanched Almond Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 4 tbsp Cocoa
  • 4 tbsp Hot Boiled Water
  • 1/2 cup Wholegrain Spelt Flour (sifted)
  • 1/2 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 3/4 cup Walnuts (broken into small pieces)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

  • Manually mix the cocoa with the boiled water until well blended.
  • Whisk the blanched almond butter and eggs on a high speed until fluffy.
  • Add the maple syrup and whisk another minute.
  • On a low speed gradually add the cocoa mixture and whisk until well blended.
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix on low speed until well blended.
  • Add the walnuts pieces and blend.
  • Pour into a nonstick baking pan (9 by 10 inches - 23 by 25 centimeters).
