- 3/4 cup Blanched Almond Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 4 tbsp Cocoa
- 4 tbsp Hot Boiled Water
- 1/2 cup Wholegrain Spelt Flour (sifted)
- 1/2 cup Oat Flour
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 3/4 cup Walnuts (broken into small pieces)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Manually mix the cocoa with the boiled water until well blended.
Whisk the blanched almond butter and eggs on a high speed until fluffy.
Add the maple syrup and whisk another minute.
On a low speed gradually add the cocoa mixture and whisk until well blended.
Add the dry ingredients and mix on low speed until well blended.
Add the walnuts pieces and blend.
Pour into a nonstick baking pan (9 by 10 inches - 23 by 25 centimeters).
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Cut lines lengthwise and widthwise to create small cubes.
Let cool and remove the cubes.
