  • Small Bowl (for mixing the cocoa mixture)
  • Electric Mixer
  • Large Baking Pan
  • Large Baking Sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 2 tbsp Boling Hot Water
  • 1/2 cup Blanched Almond Butter
  • 1/2 cup Pure Maple Surup
  • 3 cups Oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cherries (organic without preservatives and no added sugar)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

  • Mix the cocoa and boiling hot water until blended well. Let Cool
  • In an electric mixer whisk the almond butter and maple syrup until well blended.
  • Add the cocoa water mixture and blend well.  
  • On a low speed, gradually add the oats and whisk until well blended.
  • Blend in the almond flakes.
  • Manually crumble the dough onto a baking pan lined with a baking sheet.

  • Bake for 15 minutes. Let Cool.
  • Toss in the dried cherries.
