- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 2 tbsp Boling Hot Water
- 1/2 cup Blanched Almond Butter
- 1/2 cup Pure Maple Surup
- 3 cups Oats
- 1/2 cup Almond Flakes
- 1/2 cup Dried Cherries (organic without preservatives and no added sugar)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Mix the cocoa and boiling hot water until blended well. Let Cool
In an electric mixer whisk the almond butter and maple syrup until well blended.
Add the cocoa water mixture and blend well.
On a low speed, gradually add the oats and whisk until well blended.
Blend in the almond flakes.
Manually crumble the dough onto a baking pan lined with a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes. Let Cool.
Toss in the dried cherries.
