Instructions
Gather the ingredients:
Rinse the unpeeled onions and cut into fours.
Rinse the unpeeled garlic cloves and cut into two.
Put all the ingredients into a pressure cooker (or regular pot), cover with cold water and bring to a boil.
Cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour in a pressure cooker or 2 hours in a regular pot.
Notes
This is a quicker version of a classic favorite.
