Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Whisk the eggs, tahini, vanilla, and maple syrup in an electric mixer until well blended.
Gradually add the ground sesame seeds and baking soda, then whisk until mixed well.
Blend in the oat flour.
Add the dates and mix on a low speed.
Form circles and gently flatten them on sesame seeds to coat the cookie.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet inside a baking pan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
