  • 1 Nonstick Baking Pan  (medium size)

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Chicken Thighs (remove skin & trim fat)
  • 2 Onions (large, sliced into thick circles)
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers (large, sliced into thick rings)
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic (spice)
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  • Peel the onions and slice into thick circles. Slice the bell peppers into thick rings and remove the seeds.

  • Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and trim the fat. Wash the chicken and drain well.
  • Mix the chicken with the spices until well distributed.

  • Place into a nonstick baking pan.
  • Arrange the onions and bell peppers on and around the chicken.

  • Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, then baste the chicken with the juices from the bottom of the pan.

  • Bake for additional 30 minutes or until golden brown.
