- 3 Chicken Thighs (remove skin & trim fat)
- 2 Onions (large, sliced into thick circles)
- 2 Red Bell Peppers (large, sliced into thick rings)
- 1 tbsp Sweet Paprika
- 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic (spice)
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Peel the onions and slice into thick circles. Slice the bell peppers into thick rings and remove the seeds.
Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and trim the fat. Wash the chicken and drain well.
Mix the chicken with the spices until well distributed.
Place into a nonstick baking pan.
Arrange the onions and bell peppers on and around the chicken.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, then baste the chicken with the juices from the bottom of the pan.
Bake for additional 30 minutes or until golden brown.
