- 4 Chicken Thighs (remove skin & trim fat)
- 1 tbsp Sweet Paprika
- 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic (spice)
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Apple (large)
- 4 Prunes (organic, no added sugar)
Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and trim the fat. Wash the chicken and drain well. Gently flatten the top surface of the chicken thighs with a meat mallet tenderizer.
Wash, core and slice the apple into 8 parts. This can be done with an apple slicer.
Peel the skin and slice each part in half lengthwise (to form 16 parts). Set aside.
Mix the chicken with the spices until well distributed.
Place onto a nonstick baking pan.
Arrange the apple slices on top of the flat chicken surface like a flower and place a prune in the middle.
Bake uncovered for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
