Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Walnuts (roast before using)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 4 1/2 cups Oat Flour
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • Raisins - For Decorating (organic, without preservatives or added sugar)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  • Roast the walnuts for 5 minutes. Let cool

  • Place the walnuts in a food processor.

  • Blend the walnuts until the they turn creamy.

  • Gather the Ingredients.

  • In an electric mixer whisk the eggs and walnut mixture.
  • Add the pure maple syrup & water and continue to whisk until blended well
  • On a low speed, add the oat flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix well.
  • Form small balls, approximately 1 ½ inches - 4 centimeters in diameter.
  • Place the ball on the baking sheet in a baking pan and gently press it down.
