- 3/4 cup Walnuts (roast before using)
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 3 tbsp Water
- 4 1/2 cups Oat Flour
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon
- Raisins - For Decorating (organic, without preservatives or added sugar)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Roast the walnuts for 5 minutes. Let cool
Place the walnuts in a food processor.
Blend the walnuts until the they turn creamy.
Gather the Ingredients.
In an electric mixer whisk the eggs and walnut mixture.
Add the pure maple syrup & water and continue to whisk until blended well
On a low speed, add the oat flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix well.
Form small balls, approximately 1 ½ inches - 4 centimeters in diameter.
Place the ball on the baking sheet in a baking pan and gently press it down.
Decorate with raisins. Press them down into the dough a bit.
Bake for 12 minutes.
