- 1 Orange (fillet and separate into small pieces without leaving skin)
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tsp Honey (adjust to taste or health requirements)
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
Gather the ingredients.
Remove the outer peel of the orange. Remove the pulp from the segments of the orange without leaving the peel or seeds.
In a small pot, place the: orange pulp pieces, water, honey, and cinnamon sticks.
Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with or without the pulp. To remove the pulp - pour the drink through a strainer. Keep the cinnamon sticks for serving.
Serve hot or chilled.
