Apple Almond Spread Charoset

- 1 cup Mashed Baked Apples (about 6 apples)
- 1 cup Almonds
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Honey (adjust to taste or health requirements)
Prepare The Almonds
Preheat the oven to 320 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius).
Bake the almonds for 10 minutes Let cool.
Place the almonds in a food processor and blend until you’ve created a creamy consistency, taking breaks periodically.

Prepare The Apples
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Wash the apples. Core the middle of the apple to remove the pits.
Place in a baking pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until the apples are tender. Let Cool
Prepare The Charoset
Scoop the baked apple from its skin.
Mash with a fork and manually blend in the almond spread, honey and cinnamon.
Refrigerate for several hours to let the mixture solidify.
Keep refrigerated.
Since apples vary in sweetness, adjust honey quantity accordingly.
