- 1 Sifter
- 1 Electric Mixer
- 2 Large Baking Pans
- 2 Large Baking Sheets
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Peanut Butter (natural 100% peanuts, without preservatives or added sugar)
- 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 3 cups Oat Flour
- 1 cup Wholegrain Spelt Four (sifted)
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Water
- Dried Cherries (organic unsweetened without preservatives)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- Beat the eggs and peanut butter until blended well.
- Add the maple syrup and blend in.
- Gradually add the other ingredients and beat until mixed well.
- Form circles and gently flatten them on a baking sheet, leaving room between the cookies.
- Place a cherry in the middle of each cookie. and gently press it down.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden .
Notes
Cut the cherry in half for young children.
