Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Almond Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Applesauce (unsweetened without preservatives, preferably homemade)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (pure)
  • 1 1/4 cups Oat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 3 cups Oats
  • 1 cup Chopped Almonds
  • 1 cup Raisins (organic, unsweetened)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

  • Beat the eggs and almond butter in an electric mixer until blended.
  • Add the applesauce and vanilla. Continue to beat for another minute.
  • Gradually add the oat flour, almond flour, oats, baking soda, and salt. Mix on a low speed until blended.
  • Blend in the chopped almonds and raisins.
    Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough
  • Form round circles. Gently flatten the forms on a baking sheet that has been placed in a baking pan.
  • Bake for 12– 15 minutes or until golden brown.
